North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Development RSS Service Terms & Conditions

The North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film and Sports Development’s (hereinafter known as The Division) RSS (really simple syndication) service (the “RSS service”) is offered to you by the North Carolina Division of Tourism for your use. Your use of the RSS service is governed by and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the following terms and conditions, as well as the VisitNC.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located at www.VisitNC.com. Your use of the RSS service constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions, which you acknowledge may be changed by The Division at any time without notice.

The Division reserves the right in its sole discretion to discontinue all or any part of RSS service at any time and/or to require you to cease displaying, publishing, distributing or otherwise using all or any part of the RSS service or the RSS content for any reason including, without limitation.

The Division provides the RSS Service and RSS Content “as is” and assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS service or RSS content or for your use of the RSS service or RSS content in connection with your website.
